Mother's Day Card

Since Mother's Day is right around the corner, I thought I'd better get a card done. This is the first project that I've made using a rosette. I used my Martha Stewart's Scoring Board and was amazed with how fast & neat looking they are! Look for more in my future projects!

The paper I used is from Target. The butterfly is from Once Upon A Princess and was cut at 2.5". I'm going to enter it into FCCB Challenge Me Monday #57 - Mom's the Word, Celebrate the Occasion Challenge #11 and Scrapbookaholic By Abby #4 Anything for Mom Challenge.

Hope you enjoy it! Thanks for stopping by! I appreciate any comments you leave.

Easter Treats

Hello, Everyone!

I just received my M&M's/Skittles bags in time for me to do an Easter project with them! I pulled out my much neglected Sizzix Hello Kitty die and added some butterflies and flowers that I had cut on my Cricut. The grocery store had Springtime M&M's in great colors and I thought they would look really neat in the baggies. I put 25 of them in each sleeve. You can do 27 but I wanted a little more room at the top to adhere my die cuts.

I'm going to enter this in the following challenges:
Cooking With Cricut #26 Easter and
More Than Favors Wacky Wednesday #35 Easter Theme
Crazy About Cricut Thankful Thursday #4 Easter/Spring Treats
Crafty Junkie Too TGIF Linky Party

Hope you enjoy my project. But most of all, I hope you have a Wonderful Easter!!

Chickie Card

I wasn't too sure if I'd be able to create another Easter card this week but things came together this afternoon. Yay! I have a fondness for this Chick from Simply Charmed and I thought he/she went great with Joy's Life's Lots of Pun stamps. As far as my creative process goes, this didn't take too terribly long!

I'm going to enter it in FCCB's Challenge Me Monday #56 - Do The Bunny/Chick Hop. I'm also going to enter it into Cooking With Cricut's Cash In My Stash Challenge. You're supposed to use something that you've had for over a year. The flowers on this card are several years old and this was the first time I've ever used them! Horrible, huh? LOL!

Hope you enjoy it! I appreciate if you have a chance to leave a comment!

Penguin Birthday Card

Here's a birthday card I created for one of my sisters. She's big into penguins so I had to make this bird a festive one! The die cut is a Quickutz die. The paper is from K&Co's Confetti stack that I bought from Joann's.

I'm going to enter it into the Wacky Wednesday Birthday Theme Challenge over at More Than Favors.

Thanks for stopping by!!

Spring Has Sprung!

This is my first challenge using a die cut from Lettering Delights. I have to say I love their stuff!! They have some really cute things to choose from, so hopefully you'll see more in my future blog posts.

The stamped saying is from Studio G. I made the flower in the background by basket weaving the white & yellow papers and I think it came out super cute!

I'm going to enter this in Challenge Me Monday #54, Scrapbookaholic By Abby #2, and Whimsical Wednesday #2 April Showers Challenge.

Hope you enjoy my card. If you feel like it, leave me a comment. I always appreciate them!!
