Lettering Delights Card Inspired By Jin
Hello to all you paper crafters out there!
I know Christmas is over but I want to post a pic of the card I made for my mother. (Seems like with the rush of the holidays, I only photographed projects and did not get a chance to blog about them!)
Jin over at Under A Cherry Tree posted a beautiful card she had made using Lettering Delight's Nancy's Happy Holidays files. (Did you notice the "Nancy" in the file name? She's the same wonderful Nancy Kubo, that designed the Create A Critter Cricut Cartridge!!) I knew instantly that I wanted to make a shape card with the letters using the Silhouette Design Studio. Since I live close to my Mom, I could jam out the card and hand deliver it in time for Christmas.
Here's what I came up with:
I don't know if you can tell but I used Stickles on the white parts of letters. The paper is from the HUGE 180 page Recollections Bright and Jolly paper pack. (I think I'll be crafting with that pack for a long time!)
Jin was featuring products inspired by her work and I am thrilled that she posted my card! Her blog is one that I tend to check daily for inspiration!
Thanks for stopping by!

This is FABULOUSLY FESTIVE, Patty!!! LOVE the patterned papers, the touches of sparkle, and how the "y" is made from a scarf!!! SOOO ADORABLE!!
